For the most part, this has been one of the best dunks around and I’m grateful to have it in my area! Lately I’ve noticed that the newer employees at cashier are having trouble understanding what I’m ordering. Ex. I’ll ask for a hot coffee and get an iced coffee. They’ll remake it for me, but it still takes time out of my schedule that I need for work. The cashiers need to be able to understand basic English phrases, please! If they can’t, then why can’t they make the drinks and the ones who are fluent do cashier? Doesn’t make sense.

Employees are untrained and don't show the proper attitude towards customers. No greeting just standing there in silence not telling you if they're ready to take your order yet. One of the teenage employees laughed at me when I had anxiety telling my order.
The OG staff are holding this place together but the new employees will make mistakes on your drink orders such as giving you the wrong drink and there’s no way to correct them or communicate with them about it because they don’t speak or understand English. I used to be able to go here a few years ago and get excellent service every time and now maybe 4 out of 7 days a week I get what I actually ordered
