I came to this Dunkin’ with my coworkers expecting nothing more than a simple coffee, but instead we were met with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee, Jalissa, was shockingly rude — raising her voice, showing no professionalism, and treating us as if we were a problem instead of customers.

It was humiliating to be spoken to in such a disrespectful way over something as small as an order mistake. I never imagined a company like Dunkin’ would tolerate an employee who treats people with such hostility.

No one deserves to be treated like this. If you value respect and decency, avoid this location at all costs.

I went for my coffee that I ordered online today at 5:30 in the morning and the guy was very rude to all the people he was fighting he was just complaining about his work, he did for all the orders but not my online order that's why I approached to ask and he was so rude saying that he was doing everything alone and that he had to wait but I only asked if he saw my order because he had been waiting for a long time and he yelled at people that if they didn't look that they didn't have sandwiches so early he is such a rude and arrogant guy that you only go for a coffee and ruins your morning with his bad treatment of customers, I hope the manager knows what he has to do

The cashier is rude I asked her nicely about a cofee that have more expresso then milk since am not familiar with menu she answered with an attitude and I explained that I just don't knw thats why I asked ,she start yelling ( we don't have it and there is two people behind you) I said ok just gave me cofee latè she start talking to her co worker about me n said ( she can wait I dnt even care) and am there just looking she gave everyone behind me there order and left me waiting.... I've never had any issues with anyone my entire life .
At this point, that comment is not enough. I need to speak to a manager

For the most part, this has been one of the best dunks around and I’m grateful to have it in my area! Lately I’ve noticed that the newer employees at cashier are having trouble understanding what I’m ordering. Ex. I’ll ask for a hot coffee and get an iced coffee. They’ll remake it for me, but it still takes time out of my schedule that I need for work. The cashiers need to be able to understand basic English phrases, please! If they can’t, then why can’t they make the drinks and the ones who are fluent do cashier? Doesn’t make sense.
