Staff is very rude, went into store today at 8 03 am for a sandwich, it’s was taking a little longer and I thought, maybe they forgot I was asking if they forgot the order and they jumped at me and my son yelling out that : everyone has to stay in line, I was shocked as the other staff there started laughing and calling me names . I never bothered to ask for the manager Because, the last time I had a similar experience, I asked for the manager, her response was “ if you don’t like it, don’t come back, She does not deserve to be a manager

Just your regular Dunkin donuts but the people were phenomenal. The lady was super sweet, very patient, even with us and our five kids. We did not feel rushed and she continued to help us with our complicated full order. I now live on the west coast and could not have had a better welcoming to the East Coast visit then. A very kind and pleasant East Coast Dunkin donuts 🙂
