Sheila the manager is simply the BEST! The other associate with short red hair and glasses was sweet and helpful too. She made us feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything to us who were not familiar with Dunkin’ Donuts. We never felt rushed and she even provided samples. We saw a DD in every corner here in Boston, MA (Salem) but I know this is the SPOT. Thank you!

The place has had a high turnover over the years and many times it's a new person behind the counter with a corresponding decline in service. Some days are good some not so much. Consistent service is lacking. The staff however were trying their best.

Love the people but they always get the order wrong! How you order 2 flavored hot coffee's with cream and sugar, they give you the wrong flavor plus they made one a hot chocolate and 1 a hot coffee. (Only 1 customer in the place, so no excuse).
