Extremely rude no respect my wife went back in because coffee was made wrong and they didn't speak English and treated her like she wasn't a customer all she did was ask for more cream and they told her no totally unprofessional

Stopped by this Dunkin' yesterday with my family and it wasn't great. A few employees walked past the register without even saying hello. We waited for several minutes, even though there wasn't a line, and it wasn't until several minutes later that a female employee finally took our order. We wanted wake-up wraps, but they were out, which is weird because it's a pretty common item. So we asked if they had chicken wraps, and she ran over to the kitchen to ask. Then we asked if they had avocado toast, and she ran back to the kitchen to ask again. After we finally ordered, I saw her and a customer swearing at each other. Plus, I will say that we didn’t wait long for the food and coffees, but the coffee was watery, and the employee told the customer to her face that she didn’t care and had a bad attitude when the customer wanted a drink made a specific way. However, this employee was respectful to me. Either way, swearing is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Went to this Dunks in July, got an ice tea, no straw. Im like, cool, it happens. I just went back the other day, completely different workers, still was given no straw with a cold drink.. I don't get it. it's like the entire job, drinks.. at least have Dunks change the lids to sippy lids, if you want me to suck tea out of the straw hole lol

Been coming here for a while on the way to work and it used to be okay but as of the past 2 months coffee has been garbage, not made right really watery. They do not know how to mix their coffee when requested as well. They rush you and literally don’t give a shit what so ever sucks it’s the only dunks on my way to work
Ordered coffee delivery which I do often I don't understand what's wrong with their employees but I keep getting cupcovers that can't drink from can't get the opening to open the workers need to make sure the customer gets a cup they can drink from its ridiculous What the hell is wrong with you people the covers are used so people can drink from them My delivery was from Walnut St Lynn
