Dirty bloody toilet tissue on the rolls from people cleaning off dirty needles in their unlocked bathroom tissue holders that are supposed to be locked with a key. Owner rid aware and completely careless. Small children use these bathrooms . Disgusting ! I was a regular here for over 10 yrs and always tipped well. Bad for business .

Honestly, I called them saying u didn't get my change of $5, and they put my name and number. It was 5 days ago. So today I came to mention my name . The only thing I didn't get a receipt five days ago, if i did, i would'vehad the receipt. I asked if there was a name and phone number, and they said no, and it was five days ago and I don't have receipt this was the manager speaking.

I ordered a hot chai latte that was warm not hot when I received it. I brought it back letting them know it is warm when it should be hot. They shrugged their shoulders and handed it back. I say that's sub standard drink quality and poor customer service. I was not about to engage conversationally with a staff that speaks very limited English. I spent near $4 on the beverage.

When I ask for a hot tea every time I always get a hot coffee which I don’t drink coffee at night it’s nothing but young kids playing around and not paying attention to the customers so the order is always wrong get with the program and get older person in there making sure theses young kids are doing there job instead of listening to loud music on there phones or talking to each otherParking: People just take up the spaces that are homeless sleeping in there car but what can you do about that nothing it’s cold out
