The food is amazing!!! However, I have a 2 year old who needed to use the bathroom (and is currently being potty trained) they were allowed to use it. Then my 7 year old needed to use the bathroom moments later. I was told they couldn't use it, and that it mysteriously all of a sudden had become out of order because the owner had called to say it was out of order. I'm not sure if it is even legal to run an establishment such as a dine in restaurant, and not offer paying customers a bathroom. The woman clearly saw that it was for a child and refused to let them use it even though it was an urgent matter. I will not be returning, their food is great. But their customer service is awful.

The food is very good and the prices are also quite affordable BUT they need to organize themselves better to serve people. It is a torment to buy food when it is full. They do not have an orderly line. They have 5, 6, 7 women serving and they all take orders and charge, it costs them nothing to put one for the rice, another for the meat, another charging and so it's nothing out of this world, all the restaurants that use a food line work like this, it's just a suggestion. greetings

I have no idea of what the menu says. It's not in English and the workers try to avoid you if they can't understand English. The language barrier is hard here. But they should atleast hire someone that can translate or one that knows the language.

When I want Dominican food for my family, I don't hesitate to order from here, it's always fast, friendly, and the price is fantastic for how much they offer. Eat in with music and atmosphere, the girls always speeding back and forth through the clear glass so you can gander and entice yourself with what to order. Never disappointed with delivery either, sometimes I swear they're at my house within 10 minutes of ordering.
Parking: It's in a plaza, parking can be problematic sometimes. Delivery is always preferred since it's quite fast anyways.
Kid-friendliness: My picky kids inhale their white rice like it's air. A little bit of shredded meat on the side, a lunch order literally never fails when I don't want to fight the little ones to eat.
