Innergy Cafe & Fitness is so intentional about creating a safe space for folks to not only prioritize their overall wellness, but to just be. From the healthy snacks to the amazing workouts, this is truly one of my favorite places in the Greater Boston area.

Delicious drinks with so much variety! I think I’ve tried just about every flavor and still haven’t tasted one I didn’t love! The owners are very knowledgeable and always friendly! They make you feel like family as soon as you enter! I HIGHLY recommend going in and giving them a try! You won’t regret it and your body will thank you ? I am also a member of their fitness classes and it’s been a huge game changer not only for my physical fitness, but also my mental health! You don’t get this kind of workout, support, or encouragement from any other gym or trainer! I will be a life long customer ⚡️
