If I could describe this place is one word it would be community. Innergy Cafe & Fitness is so intentional about creating a safe space for folks to not only prioritize their overall wellness, but to just be. From the healthy snacks to the amazing workouts, this is truly one of my favorite places in the Greater Boston area.
Delicious drinks with so much variety! I think I’ve tried just about every flavor and still haven’t tasted one I didn’t love! The owners are very knowledgeable and always friendly! They make you feel like family as soon as you enter! I HIGHLY recommend going in and giving them a try! You won’t regret it and your body will thank you ?

I love it and innergy . I go there every morning. It is the best nice people always doing something great for the community always there hours are so nice service. Nice food drinks. Nice I recommend going there. You’re in the area.
