This place is absolutely terrible! They sell Old and cold Pizza and they never have a manager in store. The people working there do not care about anything. They just giving people food poisoning daily. The commercials they promote are all lies !!!

I picked up some food from here yesterday, 3/20 and it was not what I expected at all. When I received the pizza it was very much not hot and ready as you guys promote. That is terrible promotion. I would have complained earlier but I thought to leave it alone until I realized that I've had the worst stomach ache since eating from here. The pizza tasted like it was DAYS old, and everything about it was off. I will be letting everyone know that Little Caesar's on Union St in Lynn gives out old pizza.

I order a pizza from DoorDash from this location and the person that delivered it didn’t bring my soda and the pizza was very cold. I call the store tell them that they have to remind the driver to get a soda and I was told it isn’t their job to tell them. It’s the dashers fault. I was like this is wrong. No manager was on duty to supervise them. Apparently since I been in Massachusetts places are not required to have managers anymore.

Kid-friendliness: Kiddo has a tomato allergy. They go above and beyond making him feel special. He’s even known as Mr No Tomatoes. Puts a smile on his face every time.
It was ok, it looked like a slow day for them, but managed to get my uber eats delivery order in under 10 mins. Due to a customer before me placing an order, the new thing I saw was a locker for customers who order pickup, which allowed them to pickup their order after inputting their key probably thru Little Caesars app. Last time I was there over a decade ago, they didn't have that feature.

One of the best thin crust pizzas I’ve had! Pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and jalapeños. It was hot and ready for carry out, right on time! You also cannot beat the price.

I received my order incomplete and what I received was not what was expected. The pizza was extremely hard and very bad. It is disgusting I do not recommend this little Caesar. I made the claim to Doordash and I am still waiting for little ceaser to respond from May 30, 2023 please do so and refund my money. Continued to wait for my refund stay away from this store its the worst i have ever come across. Zero star.
