I’m most positive which location I went to each time, I had the same experience with the one in Salem, I accidentally went there thinking I was ordering from Lynn, then weeks later I ordered and made sure I ordered from Lynn because I love your cheese cake! I actually added the Salem photos, different pictures and different food!!! I’m so disgusted! I got the appetizer plate and the onion rings and chicken fingers were cold and soggy! To make things worse, I got the chicken Cesar salad wrap and the lettuce was brown and old and there were like 4 pieces of chicken still together by a huge piece of cartilage 🤮

I ordered from Salem Mandee’s last week and ordered from the Lynn Mandee’s this week and the pizza was completely different in a bad way.
The crust from the Lynn location was significantly thinner, was under proofed and it felt like they took the dough from a small pie and stretched it to make a make a large. The cheese was unevenly spread throughout the pizza leaving it thick in some parts and bare in others. I thought they messed up the order and gave me a half cheese half pepperoni pie with how little pepperoni they put on.
I was honestly surprised how different the two locations were from each other. Salem is 10/10 with their pizza, I agree with Dave portnoys review of this being a 6.5 he only gave the score to the wrong location

Ordered delivery tonight and once I submitted the order I got a call from your establishment. I was asked to my verify my address. When I did, the guy on the phone said we don’t deliver to your address. I stated I have ordered delivery multiple times from your establishment without issue. I was then told it must be the Salem location. I have never ordered from Salem and I know this because I usually call. The man on the phone said well I’m cancelling your order because it’s policy we don’t deliver to your address. I was never even given the option if we wanted to pick up. We do a lot of business with Mandees but after tonight that is changing.

Was in town visiting my best friend and was craving pizza. I don’t normally review places but I had such an enjoyable experience and the pizza was amazing! 🤩 I highly recommend this place. I hope others check out Mandees. I’ll be back in the future.

Food is always great but the service sucked a lot today. My mother in law called and made an order and the person taking orders was extremely rude and made her feel like she was a bother. Showing up to get the food was no different; same guy gave the impression my partner and I were a complete nuisance. I’ve never had problems showing up to this location as I have been coming here since I was a child, but today’s interaction was beyond disappointing. Not sure if I’ll be returning any time soon after what we just experienced.
