When i got the grinch meal they did not give me socks
Ordered a Big Mac meal and a 10 piece nugget but did not receive the nuggets. They refused to give me the nuggets regardless of them being in my receipt.

People panhandling at the drive through made the experience unpleasant.
Really bad service I order 2 meals and they only give me one, i literally waste my money in that restaurant, They should hire better people.

I usually order coffee around 5 in the morning before and I don’t kno why it bothers when I ask if they can please stir the sugar since I’m driving . I get an attitude 9/10 yesterday coffee was cold today the cup wasn’t filled dramatically no sugar was added and yesterday it was cold. I don’t understand why it’s do difficult it’s just a cup of coffee

Breakfast supposed to stop at 11am but at 10.30 am they stop serving breakfast. They also expect you to yell off the top of your lungs at that speaker when there is any type of noise and then get upset because they still can't hear well. Very cheap with condiments if you ask two kinds they still give you one kind even if your are willing to pay extra. The ice tea is often watery.the mess up a lot at this point I think they do somethings on purpose.

Bad customer service, the workers are rude for no reason as soon as u start ordering they give u attitude, they never get any orders rights and the lettuce always looks bad and rotten, also have seen some rodents while inside waiting on a doordash order. Worst mcdonald’s in lynn hands down

The morning crew super rude especially the manager. Sometimes the afternoon crew as well especially when you ask what type of toy they have for today. They be giving out the same damn toy for the whole entire week or more.. They won’t let you change it when you didn’t open the toy. The food be cold as well and messy. They give false advertisement too.

The workers there never want to accept their mistakes and always want to blame the customer that they didn’t order it right. One example was I forgot to ask for my sauce at the drive thru speaker so all I did was ask for the sauce at the window and the manager there gave me attitude saying that “you didn’t ask for it at the window , I was the one who took your order” and slammed the window. In my defense , I told the other worker there that I was aware that I didn’t ask for it at the speaker so that’s why I asked for it at the window because I forgot. It’s not my fault you guys have a miserable job with little to no benefits. It’s not my fault you are having a bad day. I never had a problem with them before , even though I always saw their face expressions I already knew they have attitude.The only person who is really nice is a young girl working in the 1st window cashing people out but everyone else there always have an attitude and never smile. I’m writing all of this only because I forgot to ask for my sauce at the drive through speaker.
