After a while of coming here i have no complains not sure if management changed but this McDonald’s has improved so much my order is correct to the amount of sauces I want I love how they are always timely and at time nice.

This was the worst experience I have ever had Adam MacDonald's I have never been treated so rudely with so much disrespect not only by employees by even management when I sent an email, I felt completely dismissed... I will never attend any of these stores that are owned by Ms wallin and that includes Lynn Middleton and saugus....

They can’t handle a drive thru. Takes forever and sometimes piles up into the street completely blocking not only the exit/entrance to the lot, but the cars trying to drive past the street.The kicker is at night the inside is empty.
