The food was typical McDonald’s food, the restaurant was clean enough, but rather noisy and not enough parking spots. Half of the ordering kiosks did not work. The neighborhood leaves a few things to be desired.
This restaurant is fine for pickup or drive through.

I was using this store many times and 100% times I had problems with my orders!
- loosing sauces
- different sauces
- loosing beverages

But today I ordered two meals by DoorDash
And they forgot to put one more burger in it!
I had to wear, get my car and drive to the store!
Wasted time, parking spot, nerves! But I have theirs “sorry” word👍

I had a truly appalling experience at the McDonald’s in Lynn, MA, and it’s hard to overstate just how terrible it was. The woman at the counter, that gave me the name “Kimberly”, Spanish -speaking, displayed completely unacceptable behavior. Not only was she rude and dismissive, but her body language was disrespectful , making faces and clearly not interested in providing any level of customer service.
To make matters worse, her hygiene was shocking. She touched her face and pimples and proceeded to handle both food and money without washing her hands. This is a basic violation of hygiene standards, especially in a food establishment.
When I had an issue with my receipt, this woman called herself name Kimberly outright ignored me, and when I returned the order, she threw the money at me not only unprofessional but also humiliating. To add insult to injury she gave me the wrong change. When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed to be the manager but refused to provide any contact information for her supervisor. Even worse, she started recording me without my consent after I explicitly asked her not to.
Let me be clear: Kimberly or whatever is her name has no business being in a managerial role. She is completely unqualified to handle customer interactions, and her disrespectful attitude and unsanitary practices, lack of money management are a serious concern. Anyone in a leadership position should be setting an example for professionalism, knowledge and hygiene, and Kimberly is doing the exact opposite.
On the positive side, Adela, another employee, stepped in and handled the situation with dignity, professionalism, and respect. She de-escalated the situation and treated me the way I should have been treated from the start. If McDonald’s is looking for a competent manager, Adela is the obvious choice.
I will be filing a formal complaint with McDonald’s headquarters. The behavior I experienced today from this woman Kimberly is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any establishment, let alone one where customer service and hygiene should be priorities.

This place sucks. Service is slow, the inside is always dirty. They didn’t even bring my meal to my table. You have to get buzzed into the bathroom and NO REFILLS on drinks.

The morning shift workers are great and polite. The afternoon and night shift workers are the rudest. They give you an attitude for the littlest requests. Like I can't ask for extra sauce without receiving an attitude or a dirty look.
