Fyi Freshest burgers are always the premium ones, quarter pounder/ dbl qp. Those are always made to order fresh where as regular burgers can sit if an order is changed.

Had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. Despite a smooth order, things went south when redeeming my 20% off deal. The cashier couldn't see it applied, and the manager insisted I wait 15 mins to use it again. When I expressed my concerns, she arrogantly mentioned they won't give out free food (not that I was asking for that but as a technician I’m aware of the work around). Frustrated, I paid full price to feed hungry kids in my car. The encounter at the next window was even worse, with another arrogant response when requesting the manager's name (Robert). It's disheartening; a bit of understanding would have made a significant difference.
