1.) gave them a $20 for our ice cream and they took it and didn’t have enough change to give back to me so I was being nice and let them keep the amount they owed me 2.) they gave me the wrong ice cream and there was a rodent hair in my ice cream 3.) when confront about this refuses to give me any money back and laughed in my mothers face like it was a joke, was implying my mother was lying multiple times and refused to give her name and shrugged with her about what we said what ice cream we wanted

Originally, I thought this place was unforgettable and forgettable at the same time. However, after looking at location pictures, I believe the opposite. A quite underrated place in Lynn, it was quite hard for me to remember Munchies. However, I remember that Lynn vibe associated with the place. It is pretty small and closed all the time, but when it is open, it is pretty lively.

Great ice cream and toppings. We loved the cookie dough and the mint chip/Oreo combo. Excellent friendly service. We will definitely be back! They have a few outdoor tables in the front for warmer days as well
