This is a Vietnamese restaurant. The interior was clean and vibrant atmosphere. The seating and table are new wooden style, giving off an Asian style design. The large windows allows in front allows a good view of the outside and street view. The lighting gives off an evening in an Asian country like Japan, South Korea, or Vietnam. The food was OK, my mother had ordered beef pho or gah-tee-wu, and I got Beef Chow Foon or Mee-gah-thang. The flavor was good, but to us the beef felt over cooked, most likely because the restaurant was nearing closing hours. The China wear used all looked new and clean. Overall the restaurant is a great restaurant pick over the other restaurants in the area. But the pricing is on the modest middle end, where an order for 2 could cost up to 50 dollars depending on what you order.

Had my first meal at Pho Minh Ky. The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I got a small size of the chicken noodle soup for $13, usually $16-18 at other places and it was the best I've ever had—great portion too! I give 15% tip, total of $16. I read the reviews and don’t understand why people complaining about the tip, if you can afford to eat out but not tip, then maybe just stay home or take out, smfh

Well I hope others see this to not be scammed the way they tried to today. Today they definitely did it Today when I entered and sat down, it took about 10 minutes to ask me what’s a drink or eat. When the sodas were being brought to us, we all know that a soda can is not clean, and it was sitting on top of the cup with ice which is unsanitary, They were also killing flies in the dining area and apart from that towards the end of service, I was told that the tip was mandatory and I asked since one have they change the policy and he said that it’s always been that way. I literally have my receipt from the week before where I went there and paid $41for two soup for one side for one spring roll and for one soda and this time it was $44 for two soups for two sodas and for one spring roll. They added a tip for themselves. Since he was making a big deal about me leaving a tip, I proceeded to put two dollars in a section where it says custom tip and he told me that I cannot do that I can only use that section if I’m going to put a higher tip than what’s offered on the receipt and he proceeded to given attitude demanding more.
