The person taking my drive thru order was so rude. She kept interrupting me and audibly annoyed with me. There was no one behind me for her to be rushing me the way she was. I asked her to repeat back my order for me she told me to look at the screen. What if I have a disability? And there was no screen showing my order only the menu anyways!
When I drove up the person who handed me my food was not the same person who took my order, she was kind and patient. I asked her who took my order and what their name is. She apologized and said it was Glaucia and that same person is also apparently the manager. Please treat people with kindness and patience.

It's pretty annoying when you're trying to pick up, you can see 4 or 5 orders ready to go, but can't get acknowledged enough to confirm if it's your order or not. I waited in the ordering line, hoping for some attention but was told in a foreign language to go wait in the crowd of people. Sure enough, I waited 15 minutes for an order that was ready when I got here. It's hard not to be quick to anger sometimes.

Absolutely the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. Placed order ahead 30 minutes, get to the drive thru to be told to come inside. Get inside and have to fight a mob of people. The workers not very pleasant, the lady in charge of handing out orders was so slow while the gang of people were waiting. Absolutely the worse experience ever, close this place down
