I always order a small pizza every week or every 15 days, today Thursday May 8th it took 1 hour for my pizza to arrive (delivery) it arrived cold, and after 1 hour it arrived I called to ask or to get an answer... the one who received my call GERMAN told me that's what his name was, he answered me rudely and said, what do you want me to do? Do you want me to go heat it up for you? very rudely, this type of person for customer service, should not be there...

Got 2 meatballs subs and asked for Xtra cheese on both , they didn't have extra cheese and they were the worst meatballs ever !! 🤢 Will never order here again, can't even get through on the phone

Ordered Glicien pizza with extra onions, $1.95. A wopie pie and a diet coke. Pizza arrived with NO extra onions. Called back following day to get the credit on the onions. Manager said he would give me a pizza free. This afternoon I called for the pizza, extra onions, whopie pie and diet coke. Gave him a credit card for the whopie pie and diet coke. Was no whopie pie delivered, I paid for it. Called just now, they can't find my order, spent 10 minutes on the phone , no results. Finialy got fed up trying to get them to give me a credit on the whopie pie they have bad English. Just ended the conversation and took the loss.

So I ordered from Primo today the delivery was 2 hours & 13 minutes late the woman on the phone said the delivery was gonna be about a hour ok no biggie but 2 hours & 13 minutes nah that’s wrong how is my cheesy fries Nice n hot but my Pizza is cold let that shit make since going forward I won’t be returning to primo any longer I see why Market basket is taking over on these sub shops better food and definitely better prices & they also got new people working there I should I knew better and the delivery man even said 2 hours & 13 min omg that’s No Good imma speak to the manger for you Don’t even have to never again

Service can be slow at times. But I think that can be executed by the amazing food they never fail to blow me away and the atmosphere Is AMAZINGGG. Overall 4.5 stars because I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it still is delicious

What a great Friday night we had. The older feller who appeared to be running the place was awesome. He was so pleasant and kind to my whole family. (He even told me to be patient with my kid. Because they turn out well later in life.) Well, all of the staff was great. Including the BIG guy who I think was doing delivery's for the restaurant. The longtime cook from I forget what country. He was awesome, too. Like, we didn't expect such friendly service on the east coast to a tourist family like ours. We had eaten at so many good restaurants along our trip. This was everyone's favorite food. Their Dole lemonade was the best lemonade I have ever drank. The kids agree with that statement too.
Back to the food. Everyone ordered different dishes to even include a pizza. The servings were MASSIVE. Each of us had so much left over and no microwave in our hotel to take the extra food with us. We certainly wanted to, though.
I thought the prices were incredibly cheap for what we got. I was actually shocked at the low prices.
I can't say more, how delicious their food is. My favorite is the haddock dinner, crisp to perfection, abundant fries. That need no ketchup, and it looks like their own cole slaw, a nice heap, that is absolutely tasty, just enough zing, more carrots than most, and chopped different than stringy cabbage normally is. The pizza is good too. If you e never been( I've been going once a week since a friend told me about it a month ago.. ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately it's not wheelchair accessible.. but they DO have delivery and that driver is in and out all day. Don't miss out because of a few steps! Their menu is pretty extensive for every palate.

I've been trying to find the best ham and cheese in lynn. This sub was pretty good small though sub and pizza roll $17 not terrible but Angelina's still is the goat for cold cut subs on my opinion
