I was going to put 1 star for service. The drive-thru person messed up my order, and I didn’t do my usual check! I was missing an item, realized it when I got home. Went back, besides replacing my missing item, Manager WILLIE went above and beyond to resolve the issue. That is why I decided to give it a 5star! Manager Willie saved StarBucks from a bad review. And surprisingly, the chix, egg sandwich is good. And I’m stalking their Pineapple dessert pop cake!
