Ive been to this location a couple of times and the service is always terrible!!! I dont know why i keep coming here everytime is worse!!! They need to get propper training on customer servicee!!!!

Terrible service, agent asks for one thing they give another, agent makes an order takes another 15 minutes to deliver when it delivers, if you don't have to call again, I won't go anymore!

Tonight I visited the Starbucks on Lynnway around 8:40 pm. The service was terrible. I ordered six drinks and asked for a tray, but the employee gave me a tray with only five drinks. As soon as she handed it to me, all the drinks spilled on me and made a mess in my car. She didn't even bother to give me a napkin. To top it all off, she closed the window without giving me my change or a receipt. They should train their employees on how to provide good service and pay for the damages

I went to a Starbucks by the airport and ordered a caramel macchiato, she put no coffee in it just milk. I was headed to Salem so we decided to stop at this Starbucks and Zack was amazing and remade my drink in a larger size! Love Zack!!!

We always visit the Starbucks on Lynn Way, and every time we come in, we are greeted with the warmest welcome. Most of the time, we order café lattes, white mochas, or hot coffee, and no matter how busy it is, the service is always fast and friendly. The barista who helps us stands out so much—she is incredibly kind, professional, and hardworking.

She always makes us feel at home with her genuine smile and friendly “hi.” You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed and quality while also spreading such positive energy. She is one of the nicest and most hardworking people I have met, and her attitude makes every visit to Starbucks a happy experience.

This Christina , I just want to say thank you to her. She deserves recognition for her kindness, her dedication, and the joy she brings to every customer she serves

They were pretty busy, although I was the only one in the seating area outdoors.

Im very upset because apparently de manager is having a bad day when I ask her a question I always stop here on my way to my business never seen her before I ask her to make my coffee with oat milk and brown sugar but she said they don’t make that way and she is a manager and she deside that not today because she is having a bad day bad example for her employer
