Poor service and unreliable hours. Sign on door says closed till 2:30 pm today, drive thru open etc. Waited till 3 pm. None is working. Place is a mess.

I came in during the tropical morning rush and I was blown away at Christian’s ability to handle the floor and the back without breaking a sweat she had every customer in and out in a timely manner and always had a smile!!! Great experience!!! Keep up the great work!

Very calm and neat Starbucks for seating in and drive through. Clerks were friendly and kind. Liked their choice of music too. Was especially good to enjoy waiting for my car to be done from the Hyundai service.

The store encourages the worst service ever, the staff are rude and they have no idea on how to handle their customers. I placed a joint order with a Starbucks corporate employee in NYC so be aware they are not following regulations and spoke to us dismissively after receiving a partial delivery and disgusting comments. Their store number 24484 will be reported and escalated to the appropriate parties. Store Manager Brian should rectify this immediately. Deplorable!

Iv tried giving this place and these baristas a chance over and over out of convenience but never again, they have served me stale banana nut bread cold/soggy croissants and forget half my mobile order EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last week… I ask for a refund and even though it was purchased through the stores app and Uber eats I’m told I can’t get a refund!!! Over 40$ worth of drinks that have been forgotten

The BEST Starbucks location. Before my work shift, my partner and I get coffee. The staff is always so personal and extremely lovely. The customer service is top-tier, and my coffee tastes delicious. I am taken back at how kind the staff is, even under super busy conditions. Thank you to the entire staff at the lynnway location for always being kind. Drive Thru...the girl gave me a face with an attitude. Handed her the money with exact changes, she drop the change and told me she couldn't pick it up with an attitude and gave me the wrong amount of changes in return. If she pay attention rather socializing with the other girl maybe it wouldn't drop. Smh.

How is possible than Frappuccino is like water ? The put new people to prepare your coffee, I know they are training but do it in a good way , or be there and see if they are making your coffee well , first time and the last one there ?
