I always order my food with extra Sour cream, and they charge you 90c cents for extra and I never get extra.sometime I don't even get nothing in it. So they basically stealing your money.

No air condition or air flow in the building during the heat wave and most of summer so far. One of the employees has a heart condition and has been suffering heat stroke, the higher ups won't allow the employees to creat air flow by keeping doors open or providing fans. The employees have resorted to soaking wet rags and placing them under their clothes during shifts and rotating spending short periods of time in the walk in fridge. You can see all the employees sweating up a storm and dripping. It's unsafe work conditions and they need help!!!

Bought a Crunchwrap and there was barely any beef in it and it was all lettuce and no sour cream and no tomato’s. Super disrespectful to pay almost $8 for an item and its extremely poorly executed.
They are usually out of most menu items. I Waited 45 minutes to pick up my order

This employee name, yoniel, I forgot to order a sour cream he made me go around just to order a sour cream I was just by the windows to pick up my order guess what I went around hes the one who pick the order for sour cream it a shame

One time when I went to the drive thru I was told I had to wait 20 minutes to order because they were only doing mobile orders and last night we went and we sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one took our order. When we left they were just looking at me through the window. Not sure if they need more staff or better managers. Horrible service or should I say no service at all. I will never go back there again.
