I love taco bell and do order almost every Friday night online to pickup for family. But this location 80% out of 100% missing stuff in the bag and shortage of food they said they run out of materials. They charged you for the price and gave you 3/4 of your order. They need to fired the store manager here. It's quite long on going issue. Next time I filled a complaint to the consumer department.
Made an online order through the mobile app, went to pick it up, and they said the order was never placed, I showed them the proof of purchase, and even then they claimed someone might’ve stolen it, they refused to give my order despite having already been charged.

Worst experience, driver through order was made wrong, and I was blamed for it. The employees are rude, unprofessional, it seems they don't care at all. I paid but did not get the order.
Drive thru speaker was insanely loud. Waited at drive thru for 15min only to be told to go park and wait. Looks like 1 guy is doing order taking for inside and drive thru. They need help that 1 guy looks like he is overworked but No help wanted signs.

Dear Customers of this disgraceful Taco Bell area, my mom recently went into Taco Bell and we originally ordered 6 chicken chalupas, one nacho bell grande, and a chicken quesadillas. We got our whole order wrong and got 6 nacho bell grandes instead. And when confronting against the employee who took our order he said that we have to keep the food and when asked that that’s not what we paid for he responded saying he’ll give us our right food. We waited almost 45mins to an hour and nothing. My mom went inside to see what was going on with our food that the employee promised us. And the manager on site said that we weren’t going to get any food and that the employee was new and didn’t know what he was doing. My mom then asked for a refund and he refused to give us one even though they got all of our order wrong. As he was the manager on site that night was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive against my mom who’s a Hispanic. She was belittled because of it, and was talked down on and was talked very loudly almost yelling at her. Once I came in to help her he completely changed his tone. Moral of it, if you don’t support a racist and discriminatory fast food chain, this would be one you should stop eating at. You will encounter him and other rude and arrogant behavior from them.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Manager is super rude, talking about homeless people shooting up and bathing in the bathroom. They are constantly out of product and don't tell you before you order. Refuse to take orders on the register. I will literally never come back here.

There is an older lady who speaks Spanish and English who serves terrible customer service, the worst of all is that I have noticed that a worker (young brunette) is taking the same attitude as the lady, I think that if they do not want to work they should give up their place. put someone willing to work with joy, with a warm smile on their face and a good disposition 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Went through drive through for me and my wife and we got home, We ordered 2 STEAK grill cheese burritos and it was just rice in a wrap! No cheese just a grilled wrap with rice NO STEAK, NOTHING!!! WORST TACO BELL

Worst customer service!!!! Why the hell be open if no one is ever working and wait time is a standard 15 mins (good day) for something as simple as a stacker… the excuse is always “we only have 2 people working” or “we have online orders to complete”.. I will be contacting corporate
I was told I couldn't be in the lobby after 10:00 all the door was open went through the drive-thru they refuse to allow me to have two separate orders even though I had to use two cards at the drive-thru and the lady was very rude in the window. Not difficult to make a burrito. Like life's not that tough get over it
