Papito was beyond disrespectful while I was taking my order. I was beyond disgusted. I felt disrespected along with my family. Spoke to the manger who held himself at an amazing standard. He ended up helping great.

I went to the drive the drive through to order and they refused to take my order. I then went inside and i saw two of the employees kissing on top of the counter where they cook the food. I tried to order but they told me it was closed. I went in at around 8pm way before closing time. I felt embarrassed the workers refused to take my order and they made fun of me on the way out. My girlfriend then went in to see if they will take her order and they told her the same thing that it was closed yet i saw them taking other peoples orders. She then drove to the drive through and they were making fun of her accent. Terrible place and terrible people.

We received horrible customer service. I spoke to the gentleman that was at the drive thru and told him that the bag seemed too light for all that we ordered. Once again, the drive thru was so packed that I didn't want to hold up the line. Our bag was missing about 6 items. When I went back to the drive thru and asked about the items, the person that was putting the food together said that he will not prepare more food because he gave us our whole order ( which was very untrue, why would I waste my time going BACK through the drive-thru) and the person at the front was also pleased with the answer. My brother had to go in the restaurant to grab his food ( his whole order was missing) and they still didn't want to give it to him. We were very polite and patient but the way we were treated was disgusting. Last time I will ever go to this place! Definitely stay away!
I was there on Friday night looking for an order, the place was very dirty, there were 4 people working or that's what they were supposed to do. Of the 4, only the one who was placing the order online was the only one working, the floor was very dirty, no one swept the other one. detail that. I noticed that the drinks area in the dining room was very dirty in general all I saw of the store is a lot of mess and dirty and employees talking while they had a long line of people waiting I just wondered where the general manager of this store is I don't recommend it at all, I'm sorry because I also work in a restaurant but where I work must be so clean that I can let my family eat the food I prepare.
