Steak Tips were awesome & I'm picky. However, they need to up their game on the mashed potatoes. They had no flavor & were chunky. Canned green beans...Should make fresh. If they fixed those two things....would definitely be a 5.

I wish I could give --5 stars. I grew up in the lido neighborhood. I love that place. Now, 40 years later I wanted to bring my kids here cause I begged about it all the time, they live in Greece.We went for lunch, literally the first and only customers in the dining room area, the bar was somewhat full.The waitress brought us our drinks and said she will come right back to take our order. 27 minutes later, yesI timed it, I went looking for her. She admitted she forgot all about us. Obviously we left. Never ever again. Awful awful awful service. We were literally the only table there.Boy times have changed.... It's a shame
First, I want to say that I have ordered food here several times. Their pizza had become one of my favorites, and their other food was very good as well. However, one week ago I ordered food (lunch and dinner) for pickup/takeout through the Slice app. Prior to me arriving there, they had told me it was already picked up. I explained that I ordered the food for myself and was picking it up on the way home. I also contacted customer service on the Slice app, and as of one week later, “is still working on it”. The restaurant claimed that a person showed them the order on their phone. But whenever I picked up an order, I just gave my name. I got no help from the restaurant or the Slice app, and I’m went home with no food and no refund. I don’t recommend The Lido or Slice app.Update: I received a refund from Slice a few weeks later. But still concerned this can happen again with the app and restaurant.
