Super bad, the food is bad, the service is super bad, they are on the phone all the time and even so, if the food was bad, they charge you for it, super bad, I don't recommend it at all.

They have terrible service. The person calls and they hang up several times or put them on hold for a long time. Besides, you can't hear it because of the loud music, and when they send the order, they don't play what is ordered. Also, the drink or something else is missing, but they very rarely send what you order in full. The waitresses are rude in responding and taking the order, and I think the only time they are friendly is when the owners are present. I used to order once or twice a week, but a few days ago I placed an order and it was a disaster. When I called to tell them that they hadn't given me what I had ordered, they got upset. José, the delivery guy, is very kind doing his job, but I will never, ever order from that restaurant again.

This place use to be great but now it sucks, the past couple times I went there the wait is really long, ordered takeout, waited 15 minutes until I drove there, and when I arrived it was still a 45 minute wait. Non of the workers speak English so i couldn't get an ETA. And to make it worse they have roaches crawling around they're bathroom so im sure they're in the kitchen as well.

They gave me the pupusas raw and my husband is very annoying, he didn't let me tell them everything, it was super expensive and it wasn't good.
I have order in the past and they have been great, but lately they haven’t been good at all. I ordered for delivery waited two and a half hours! The food got to us cold, and they didn’t even send the salad or sauce for the Pupusas!
