If the website says that you open at 8 have everything ready at 8 !! Literally walked in there and there’s no food at all to grab not even a drink!!You guys already don’t sell the best food at least be open when you guys say you are!!

The food is good, Unfortunately the service is trash from many of the staff. Your in line they see you and continue with their convo amongst them without acknowledging you! Your trying to place and order they look straight at you and ignore you. I go here because of tge convenience but at this point it's not worth it. I will drive a little further outta my way for better customer service. 😒

I'm so glad I didn't listen to the reviews. Everyone who works here is pleasant. There was a little language barrier and she went and got someone who understood English and we ordered. The food was seasoned perfectly the oxtail was delicious however it would have been better is it was cooked a little longer. It doesn't look like much from the outside. I highly recommend this place if your in the area. And the portions are over the top...

The worst service of all the Tipico Restaurants in the area. The customer service is below acceptable standards for any restaurant I’ve ever. A woman behind the counter was on and was asked for assistance with a wrong drink order and her response was to ask the customer; who’s helping you? And then she proceeded to tell the customer to go ask that other person for help. Horrible customer service. I would rather eat a bowl a cereal without milk.

I think that it's a good restaurant, but I swear they change cooks every week. Food is never the same. Try going in non rush hrs. I hate that they don't have a pick up order system. But overall still recommend the restaurant... honestly needs an esthetic redo.

GREAT location for some traditional Dominican food. 🇩🇴 alwaysssss so kind here as well, atmosphere can be hectic so know what you want asap but food makes up for the hectic atmosphere 😊 Try the white rice and beans!!

I’ve noticed a consistent issue during my visits to this establishment: I am routinely charged higher prices than my Hispanic husband for the exact same items. After multiple experiences like this, he encouraged me to write this review, as today was the final straw. We will no longer be giving them our business.
I understand that language barriers can cause confusion, which is why I either show a photo of the item I want or call my husband to help translate. Today, I ordered mangu tres golpes around 10:30 AM and showed a photo to clarify my order. After paying, I noticed I was charged more than what was initially quoted. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was met with excuses rather than a clear explanation.
Additionally, I received scrambled eggs instead of the fried eggs I had requested, and again, the response was dismissive and delivered with an attitude. When I got home and took a bite and flipped the fried cheese I was shocked to find a bee fried into it. We called immediately, and they told us to bring the food back—but there was no apology, no concern, just clear annoyance.
This experience was unacceptable on multiple levels—poor customer service, inconsistency in pricing, and a serious hygiene issue. I cannot recommend this business, and we won’t be returning.
