On a scale of 1–10, the food is a 10. The food is amazing, but the service is the worst I’ve seen in any place that sells food, and I work in the food industry. I was in line for 5 minutes while being the only one in line, with the workers talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring my presence, and this is not even the first time. If you go here expect to wait forever on someone to do their job.

Stopped here to get some empanada. 2 chicken 2 beef. One of my beef empanada was empty because it opened while frying. Went back and they have me another with no problem. They have a good option of food at a decent price. Great drink options and a few dessert options too.

Placed a big order, had to have my husband (speaks spanish) order it because they asked me to call back with someone who spoke Spanish, ordered 50 pastalitos they were good but didn't give us what we ordered, ordered white rice and beans, and Spanish rice with pinto beans, they charged me 160.00 when my husband was originally quoted 105.00 and then they said theyvdidnt charge me for the beans and sauce for the white rice which was another 13.00. When I picked up the food I couldn't complain about the price increase because no one there spoke english that could help me :( I love their food and we go often for plates but I will never again make a large order, I feel I was totally ripped off.

A month ago I placed a delivery here. They brought me a bunch of food I didn’t order, so I didn’t want it. The delivery driver got mad and threw my money back at me, even though I still gave him a tip. I called the restaurant and told them he was ignorant and I did not want him delivering my food, so they sent a new order with a different driver. A few days ago I placed another delivery, the same delivery driver from before answered the phone and took my order. As soon as I told him my address he said “no we don’t have any drivers” and hung up on me. If you didn’t have any drivers why take my entire DELIVERY order? I called back private and a different guy answered the phone, he took my delivery with no problem and said they did have drivers. I don’t know who this delivery man is that also works the phones in the restaurant, but he’s rude as hell. If you don’t like your job get a new one. People who get upset with customers like that can’t be trusted around food. I only gave one star because they DO have good food, but the customer service SUCKS!

The most disrespectful place I've been to thanks to the rude employee's...The line be so big but it's from waiting on the servers to finish talking and entertaining each other, you sell food,You standing right in front of the foodSo why are we still waiting 20 and 30 mins to get served, and don't be EnglishThey'll make it 100 times harder to order what you want...You can waste your whole lunch break standing in line while the food serversAnd cashiers catch up on old times...I take the one star back...Go in there looking like it's your first time and you'll pay double...Don't forget to count your change before you leave this rude Place....
