Horrible customer service to AMERICANS who only speak ENGLISH. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody who doesn’t speak Spanish!!!! They act like we’re in there country!!!!! It’s ridiculous I have never once seen a worker who spoke or understood ENGLISH! They literally get a really bad attitude with you because they don’t understand what I’m saying! When sombody should’ve took an English before opening a business in AMERICA !!!!!! I will never spend my AMERICAN MONEY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Don’t bother trying to order if you don’t speak Spanish, they won’t acknowledge you. Even when you ask them if you can order, they completely ignore you. A hispanic person came in after me and the cashier provided service for her, wouldn’t even look at me. The funny thing is I took Spanish for four years in school , and I could have communicated what I wanted to order. Definitely felt like there was more to it than I care to put on google reviews.

Just now went in there to get 6 cheese pastelitos and 10$ worth of chicharrones, the “ mi amor lady charged 36$ and I gave her a tip for being so miserable. I got my whole fam to order from them in the last few years ( pastelitos, picaduras y comida of all types) sometimes to be surprised by their prices but all good because we liked the clean flavor….. this time they practically called me a fool in my face ??♂️ I will make sure I never order from here again

Ordered the food in English online with a credit card. A few minutes later I received a call from a female in Spanish saying something because I don't speak Spanish. I drive 15 minutes to get the food for the order to be cancelled. My phone says the, "order is ready." When I get there dude said they called. They never said to me an item was out of stock, and that my order was being cancelled. They lost a valuable customer. And now 20 minutes later I had to cancel my order through the food app. They weren't even going to cancel my order if I didn't. SCUMBAGS!

The food is honestly really good. Not overly salty but is well seasoned. However I’m getting really tired of going to Spanish food restaurants and no one speaks English. I’m black and white and often get mistaken as Spanish. But as I’m not Hispanic I clearly don’t speak the language. It’s annoying how as soon as they find out you’re not Spanish the whole atmosphere changes and they act as if you’re a bother when you’re just another paying customer in America. I wanted to eat in but as no one could understand me I had gotten take out boxes so I left. Please hire at least an English speaking cashier. Thank you

This was a small place with great food that feeds the surrounding communities for very low cost. It has gotten a little bigger now, with a larger dinning area and beer and wine are also available now. The food is always delicious and cultural. I hope they end up expanding the whole block!!
