Amazed at this place, the great quality of the food and the congenial attitude of the wait staff. Special thanks to Kiki, Ryan, Alexandra and Leon for helping to make Antique Table in Lynn our go to place for our romantic date nights. We love you
Great restaurant great food great service hidden gem very worth the wait and skilled bartenders. They close at 8pm Sunday, Monday through Thursday open at 4pm close at 9pm, and Friday Saturday open at 1pm until 9:30pm.
My attempt to treat a friend to a 60th birthday lunch resulted in a humiliating encounter with a server. Being seated, given menus, water, silverware, plates and bread constitutes a commitment to service. As I was enjoying the bread and olive oil, browsing the menu, a server LOUDLY announced “we will not be serving you today” TWICE within earshot of other guests. A patron of another party asked that we please be allowed to finish our meal. The server’s offer to add our table to his party compounded my embarrassment. There was a 50th birthday celebration for a party of 15 being celebrated concurrently. Other patrons who were eating at the bar and a couple at another table were not REFUSED SERVICE. My voice never went above a whisper while I conveyed the information to the manager how I was EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED by a server who refused service after seating us. He defensively asked: “what do you want me to do”? No action on my part provoked the refusal. I would like the opportunity to discuss my treatment with the Chef/Owners of the establishment and how their employees are representing their brand. When ignored, such unacceptable behavior is condoned, will be repeated, and other guests alienated. I am neither looking for compensation nor an apology. An apology should be directed to the Chef/Owners by the staff members in question for misrepresenting a brand they have worked hard to build. We were blatantly singled out and mistreated publicly.

If you want to spend 21$ on a shot of Hennessy it's a good spot.
A summary of dinner at The Antique Table, Lynn, MA Saturday, October Saturday 8, 2022 My sister and I took our parents for their 60th wedding anniversary to your restaurant on the date above. The experience was very uneven: • Waiter, Ryan, was fantastic o Knew the menu o Could describe differences o Was personable and prompt o We placed our orders with him and awaited our meals • Someone named “Kiki” came by and told us that Ryan was on break and that she would be serving us. • Ryan was not on break – he was at the bar and remained there for the remainder of our stay. • Our meals arrived when we were all quizzed: “Who had the fish, etc.?” We were then handed our plates. Much like Applebees. • The food was very good. • Kiki came back and asked about dessert and coffee and we placed our orders. • Our dessert and coffee came out but our dinner plates were still in front of us. • It fell upon us to stack / hand plates to staff. Again, Applebees. • Dessert and coffee were fine. • My dad asked for another napkin. He got a cheap paper napkin. Applebees. • As we were leaving, my dad tripped and fell on a napkin that was on the floor. He is 86 years old and needed help getting up (from me). • Given that the pre-tip bill came to over $265, I expected more. • If I want Applebees, I will go to Applebees at one third the cost.
Visited with my daughters for my birthday after an afternoon of music. We all felt like Italian for dinner and searched the local area and found Antique Table. The building is unimposing, in a mostly residential area of Lynn, near the Swampscott line; inside had real old world charm. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had chicken and broccoli with ziti in a delicious light Alfredo sauce, haddock and roasted veggies in a similar sauce, and I had linguini carbonara with shrimp, which was fantastic. Bread and drinks were very good. All in all, we were very pleased with meals and service. We will return! Five stars!
Lynn's best food But now I don't know that I've passed the best boo stewed now I don't even try to eat it
