Coffee choices are great!!! but they fill cup to top with ice and won't put less ice if asked. They use a dirty rag to wipe the side of your coffee... and they are not so nice there ? But coffees good... so I still go back when I am in the area....

Where to begin? The minute you walk in you are greeted by the most bubbly, outgoing, friendly, beautiful (inside and out) women around. No need to go through the menu but I will tell you NOBODY has better muffins. My favorite is the cinnamon chip. Trust me visit this “Home away from home” you won’t be disappointed. Tell them Doug sent you. It won’t get you anything but tell them anyhow … L O L

Run by a terrible rude staff with anger issues. Hard to say whether racism was a factor. But I'm going to stay away for my safety. This was my first time going there, because I like finding local gems over big cooperate, but this was a big mistake. Never going to step in again, and no - I am.not recommending this place, until the owner send their staff through an anger management therapy

I love that you guys do a cash discount when ordering. I have only ordered iced coffees from here but both times I was very pleased when I got my drink. I love all the fun flavored coffee options. Just to note that don’t do lattes or anything that requires frothed milk, I accidentally said latte once when ordering and got a clear message from the employee that know I can’t have a latte. To be fair a latte doesn’t require frothed milk so I didn’t appreciate that reply since it was only my second time coming in. Besides that comment my overall pleasure with the iced coffee would bring back in.
Parking: This cafe is located on a busy road and I found it hard to tell if it was safe to park my car on the main road.

Called and ordered ahead they said 25 minutes so we have them 30. Got there and there was a line which is fine. Got to the front at this point it’s been 50 minutes since the food was ordered. And this rude blonde who was also rude to the customer ahead of me blaming her for not ordering the food before the coffee. She goes to us oh it’s not ready we tell her we called 50 minutes ago and she goes do you want the food or not if not just get your coffee? With an attitude.Wow great customer babe clearly you’ve never had a good job that’s why she’ll always be miserable and will never get anywhere in life with that attitude. Just miserable and rude. Even to her new employees she’s disgusting. Sad to see this place has gone down hill.

Not a great work environment most the time in multiple areas as I seen.
one worker said my daughter could use the bathroom with her friend and then they got told they cant use the bathroom unless they buy something they are 12 and 13 yrs old they dont carry around money they spent their $5 at richdale the owner had also looked at them and laughed walking out this red headed girl had yelled at them for it. very disappointed in this place
