Wendy's should have polite employees. One lady response to me so rudely, and when I was about to order another meal. Some of them are very rude to the customers. I don't like those behaviour. You should have had a better employees worker. Don't make this happen again.

Somehow the burgers served at this location don't measure up to burgers we've had at other locations. Maybe is was because we and two other people in line had to wait 15 minutes while the staff took care of drive through.

It’s freezing in here. You’re supposed to be able to order your meal and enjoy in the dining area. Not at this Wendy’s. I ask the one of the associates if they could turn down the AC, he then turned to the manager and signaled her… She looked at me as if she didn’t know what I was talking about so I asked her in Spanish. It Freezing in here please could you turn down the AC. Yet apparently pretending she couldn’t hear me. Today is 11/13/24 it is 7:41pm eastern time.

Charged me for two drinks the lady wasn’t going to say anything until I asked if they charged me .the manager gave me cash refund even though I paid card questionable but whatever … my main issue was when I told the worker I didn’t order another drink she wasn’t going to say anything she was just gonna let me go also they never let me see the receipt
