We went through the drive thru for a baked potato. The person getting our order had a thick accent and I couldn't understand what he was saying and wasn't sure he got our order correctly. The order was correct but there was not enough sour cream and butter spread. The baked potato was very dry and undercooked. It was over priced for what we received. It was underwhelming.
We won't be coming to buy a potato again.

I ordered a burger yesterday with 2 fries for me and my friend, got 1 fry and luckily she didn’t have any of the burger because it gave me food poisoning and I spent the night throwing up. Do better.

The staff are lousy, they spend more time on their phone and very very slow.make sure you get what you ordered.somtimes they give you order with no straw.

Bought 4 baconator fries and 10 piece of nuggets. They didnt give me any sauce. When I asked for sauces they charged me $3.75. Even though I asked the girl in the window if I am not supposed to get any free sauces that comes with my order , she proceeded to ignore what I said and told me that it was $3.75. I didn’t like her customer services. At the end the food was very bad and I didn’t eat it, no bacon literally no bacon. It’s been a long time since I had Wendy’s and tonight I really wanted Wendy’s because it was a craving from my pregnancy. Anyways I drove to the one in Lynn way and wasted more money but at least I left happy. This teenagers need to be trained on customer service and the way they speak to people. 11/02/2025. 7:30 PM

I came here with my friends and when our order was ready I went up to get our order and the guy there gave me different sized cups for the three of us. Then when I put the tray down we realized that we were missing a sandwich and a 4 piece nugget, and one of the burgers were missing bacon. I went up there to tell them and he only fixed the burger without bacon and completely forgot about my sandwich, I only had fries to eat and didn’t get what I fully paid for. I have since lost 30 pounds from starvation and am locked in the bathroom. Please somebody let me out I have zero food because this establishment refuses to give me my order

The website and door say they open at at 630am, several times I go in around 645-7am even 715 and the place is closed. Also why does it take 15-20min to someone to respond/great on the drive up speaker. Worst location
