I live close to this location so I go here frequently but the staff is always extremely nasty. There’s a manager with curly hair that’s always rude and has a nasty look on his face and if he messes up your order, he’ll just yell at you. Wouldn’t suggest going to this location unless necessary. I try to avoid it best I can but convenience wins occasionally.

Awful. I sat there for 15 minutes and they still didn’t get both my drinks. The one drink i did get they got it wrong. The guy was clueless and I was fed up. Bad service and food. Bad timing and there wasn’t a line so I don’t know what took so long.

I hate to do this but this Starbucks is so deserving of 0 stars. It’s the closest to me so I’ve given it SO many chances and it has CONSISTENTLY disappointed. Staff doesn’t care. I order online or in store, they constantly miss ingredients. I gave up on custom coffee and just order off the menu and they will STILL miss toppings etc. horrible service…. Lack of drive in the staff. If you go back or tell them they missed something, the irritation is so obvious. I hate that this is the closest one to me….but after a year of multiple chances… I am no longer going here. So much money wasted here…. I cannot believe how they allow this location to not meet standards even to a minimum. Worth a drive up to the market street location. That one is much better

Slowest and the biggest disservice I have ever observed in the industry. Staff are inattentive including the manager. Unacceptable and a disgrace to the Starbucks brand. Incident occurred on 10/12 at 1:50pm.

Arrived at 7:30pm and the lobby was closed despite the closing time is 8pm (so drive thru only). I assume the staff just want to leave early.

BEWARE! My debit card information was stolen from this location. I never use this specific debit card but suspiciously after using it once (in an almost 3 month period, otherwise inactive) at this starbucks my debit card information was immediately stolen and I started receiving fraudulent charges, thousands of dollars worth. I called starbucks costumer service to notify them of my suspicion and they didn't care, wouldn't even take the store address and told me to take it up with the bank. Pay cash at this location if you must ! I personally won't be back

Unfortunately the morning staff are improperly trained to make drinks. Every time I order a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso they make it wrong it's extremely bitter and full of cinnamon on the first sip enough to feel like your taking the cinnamon spoon challenge.

I used to go to this Starbucks weekly but it seems, now, they make the drinks wrong 100% of the time. On 2 different occasions, I got the brown sugar shaken espresso and they put so much cinnamon that you cannot drink it. It’s so disappointing because this is the closest Starbucks to my house.
