Food is always delicious. But there have been some menu changes, the MUSCLES have been permanently removed from the menu , this is so dissapointing to me, a real game changer, its the main reason i would go here :(
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Polcari's in Saugus - for their excellent service and hospitality yesterday while hosting my daughters christening dinner there for about 25 to 30 people on a busy Sunday afternoon during dinner time. We had the rented the small room off to the right and our waitress/party server Saylor was lovey and very attentive. She was doing the job of 5 people! This is a good old school pizza joint. Portions are large and prices are low (maybe too low). The good food, prices and atmosphere out weigh the poor service from the young unexperienced staff. The kids working the floor could improve their customer service skills - but I can't dock a star for that.

Polcari's Restaurant is a popular spot known for good food and a great atmosphere. The recent remodeling has opened up the space while keeping its original charm. The restaurant is large and pleasant, making it a good family restaurant. The entire meal is perfect and priced very well, with a huge menu. Their pizza is the best, wood fired brick oven, with fresh ingredients like the Giambotta. It is a great place for events, from a surprise party in a private room to a rehearsal dinner, with very affordable prices and attentive service. While the service can be slow during busy times, the attentive and friendly staff ensure a pleasant dining experience worth returning for.
