I had a slice at the Regina's at the Burlington Mall last week. I hadn't had Regina in a few years and I forgot how GREAT the pizza is. I craved more immediately thereafter.Grabbed these 2 beauties from Polcaris Saugus the other night; Margherita and the Formaggio Bianco. Right around $55 for both, but man, they were so good!! Worth the crazy price for an occasional indulgence.
So glad I stopped here....not an over salted pizza. Margherita pizza was delicious. Had Santarpios a few weeks back and it was a salty mess. The young lady said 20 min for small pizza and it was really done by then. (This was around 430pm before the rush) AND when I returned to pick up, both girls weren't on their cell phones. That's a rarity. Looking forward to dining in sometime.

First time here at Polcari's and I must say the food was incredibly delicious. The scenery of the restaurant was beautiful. Great place to go with your family and friends if your looking to have authentic Italian Food. Also great spot if your looking to have a Romantic Dinner with someone. I definitely recommend everyone to come to Polcari's and try the Chicken Parmesan over Linguine! Will be back again.
