Asia Gourmet 洋洋小厨 is a great Cantonese BBQ meat takeout and delivery place. It is a small hole in the wall that serves HK BBQ, conveniently located across the street from the Oak Grove T stop and near an MBTA station. The restaurant is take out only with no dine in and only has street parking. The staff are so nice. The food is on par with Hong Kong eatery, with great quality, freshness, good portions, and affordable prices. The roast duck and pork have great flavors. Get the extra duck sauce for $1 and peanuts for $5. The char siu bbq pork was a favorite. Try the pig ear, salted chicken, and roasted duck on rice. The three rice combo is enough for two people to split. The pork belly remains crispy and crunchy, and the roast duck is a divine mixture of fatty and meaty flavors with a perfect level of saltiness. While the owner and menu changed, the new food is just as good as before, serving authentic Cantonese style dishes like crispy pork belly and roast duck.
