They're service used to be better. They're really not that good now that I've come often... I will reconsider. Waited 10mins to be attended with an empty store (dude was taking mobile orders instead) and then they had no coffee ready after I ordered so another 10mins for a small hot regular. Poor communication.
Red flag: one of the people running the cash register was rude and unprofessional. She had short bob hair and a cupids bow lip and did not understand the order I asked even after 3 other workers had to explain to her. I specifically asked for no ice on my drink and when I came back to tell her, she said I did not say I did not want ice and that the ice was fixed.
As someone with a medical condition of teeth sensitivity to cold temperatures the service would be appropriate...read full review
