Our table wasn't immediately ready so we had to sit at a table by the bar where we had wine and an appetizer. We then moved to our official table in the back room. 5 stars for the cozy table in the back room for ambiance and also for the really welcoming and kind staff who worked there. Everyone was great. Loved the food, a nice menu for anyone. The gelato was yummy too! The restaurant is loud but that doesn't bother me, I'd go back. The tables by the bar are really small and would be challenging for more than one person, but there are only a few of them. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a lovely Father's day dinner here. The last time I had been here was the previous location several years ago. The new owners have created a beautiful ambience. All the staff seemed to have that "owner's mindset" where they treated you like it was their restaurant. Highly recommend.

Very nice and excellent service. Could be improved by more space around the tables in the main dining room- quite crowded in so hard to get in and out. I felt a bit trapped in by the chair of the diner behind.

We were celebrating our Anniversary and decided to give 35 a try. It exceeded our expectations. The owners sent over a glass of prosecco for us to toast our day (this was a very nice touch, thank you). All of our food was perfectly seasoned and presented well. The drinks were wonderful… Not too strong but you did taste the spirit of choice which is how a cocktail should be. We had a lovely server who was very nice and I am sure with time will gain more confidence in serving. The menu was very interesting and we are sure to return to try some other dishes. Our picks: mussels, the southwestern salad, the scallops and the chicken katsu . All were very good.

What a great experience we had at 35 Beach! We'd received a gift certificate for our visit during a visit to Manchester-by-the-Sea and owners Margaret and Matthew, their family, and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Service was friendly and fast, and the food was delicious. I had a grilled skirt steak that was perfectly medium-rare from end to end, and my partner, a vegetarian, reported that the fajita bowl was spot-on. We will definitely be returning whenever we visit family nearby.

Had a very bad experience here three years ago. Thought I'd try again last night. Made a reservation- dinner for two, We were greeted and seated promptly when we checked in. 15 minutes went by - after the initial seating by the hostess, no water offered, no wait person checked on us. Other people were being waited on at nearby tables. It did not seem that busy (there were a few empty tables). I was hungry. We got up and left. They did not even notice and this is a very small place. We walked a block down the street to a different restaurant and were served promptly and enjoyed the food. Maybe I'll try Beach Street again in 3 years if they are still around.

The food and the service is usually good. I was a little disappointed that during easter dinner that the waiters started to fix the tables for next day when we were eating. This should not happen. ,,,,,,

It was a rainy Sunday in Manchester and I was looking for something for take out trying to find my buddy at his soccer game nearby . As tourist I doubted a place this nice would honor a take out request especially for Brunch but to my surprise they did ! Staff was very friendly and quick and breakfast tacos were amazing ! Especially the sauce ! Wish I could’ve enjoyed them with a mimosa but next time ! Thanks again for best to go breakfast in months
