Had brunch at 35 Beach and it was great! Excellent food and dining experience! Very nicely decorated and great wait staff!

Atmosphere and staff were perfect. Food was a C unfortunately. Saturday night and place had availability. I hope it was just a fluke but my husband's Milanese was very dry and the Calamari was cold. My friends Chicken Parm was rubbery. That being said the dessert was delicious , the drinks were good and prices were fair.

My husband and I were very happy to see so many people dining at 35 Beach Street yesterday evening. It had been a while since we had been there last, so seeing it so full was heartening. However, with the number of diners comes that much more noise, so we opted for a two-top in the porch section, which was sufficiently quieter. As to the menu, it offered a nice selection, though in the past there had been usually a special or two, which wasn't offered to us this time. The prices seemed a bit high, but hey, this is Manchester after all. We recommend 35 Beach Street for get-togethers with friends and family, though go earlier rather than later to be able to hear each other's conversations.

We had great food and drinks. The staff was inviting, friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have dined here many times, and we've never had a bad dish. Our favorite appetizers are the burrata salad and the fried zucchini, and we're also big fans of the Beach Burger — easily one of the best burgers we've ever had. The service is consistently good, and the atmosphere has a great energy when the restaurant fills up during the dinner rush. I recommend making a reservation, as tables (and the bar) fill up quickly. Highly recommended!

This is an absolute gem in the quaint downtown of Manchester-by-the-sea. Right next to the train station the outdoor appeal is great. Inside very cozy feeling with separate bar with seating and 2 tables in bar area. Dining area is separated from bar by counter height partition. Lightning is fine and noise level moderate. The server was awesome. The menu had a great variety of options. Great cocktails and wine selections. Started with very good mussels in a very tasty broth Had an awesome espresso rubbed ribeye steak with great presentation including asparagus, red peppers and zucchini. The baked potato prepared with bacon, sour cream and cheese was phenomenal. The owner, Margaret, came by to check on us. Overall was an excellent dining experience and highly recommend.

The staff was very accommodating to our continuously changing number of guests. One of us had lots of food allergies and they were very careful, checking multiple times to ensure his safety as well as his enjoyment of the meal. Our food was excellent and we would highly recommend it!

We have been to 35 Beach Street about five times and the dinner Tuesday night was the best that I have eaten there. I had chicken with chimichurri sauce and thought it was delicious. The service was very good and we had a nice and quiet table (the restaurant was not filled early in the week).

Excellent food...very good service (young wait, but did not catch his name). 3rd time dining & the food and service is always very good.

Our table wasn't immediately ready so we had to sit at a table by the bar where we had wine and an appetizer. We then moved to our official table in the back room. 5 stars for the cozy table in the back room for ambiance and also for the really welcoming and kind staff who worked there. Everyone was great. Loved the food, a nice menu for anyone. The gelato was yummy too! The restaurant is loud but that doesn't bother me, I'd go back. The tables by the bar are really small and would be challenging for more than one person, but there are only a few of them. Definitely worth a visit.

Opentable Diner

We had a lovely Father's day dinner here. The last time I had been here was the previous location several years ago. The new owners have created a beautiful ambience. All the staff seemed to have that "owner's mindset" where they treated you like it was their restaurant. Highly recommend.
