My husband and I sat at the bar Saturday evening and the bartender, Jen, was friendly and efficient. She made a yummy margarita and tequila cosmo for us. We shared the baked halibut entree that came with summer squash and mashed potatoes. It was plentiful and reasonably priced at $27. We will be back! :)

The food is here is great. I got the brussel sprouts to start them the poke bowl. Only thing is I wish the menu specified whether or not the poke bowl is cooked because it wasn’t and I sent it back. Once they remade it cooked it was perfect! That’s goes to show how amazing the staff is here. I would recommend coming for sure.

Cala's is a good choice in downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea. Has a busy bar area, as well seating for dining. Menu is diverse and there is something for most everyone.

Great restaurant. The staff are friendly and everything tastes so fresh. I would recommend the lobster roll. The fried pickles are nice, too. I was visiting Manchester-by-the-sea, and I went here for lunch at about 12:30 P.M. and it wasn't too crowded. The singing beach is close by, and this restaurant seems to be close to the town center here. The train station is right across the street.

Really enjoyed this. Great appetizers, tons of variety. Definitely enjoyed the clam chowder and Baja tacos. My family and I had a blast! Service was also great! I would definitely go back.
