I just asked them to use the restroom they said no you would have to buy something in order to be able to use the bathroom they are for customers only I had to go so bad that I didn't want to sit there and argue so I put in an order on my app I said okay I put in order can you open the door please he went to the printer and asked me my name and make sure that it was me that put in the order Indian heat open the door I almost urinated in my pants I work for a school bus I had to go to the bathroom so bad because we had just came from four different schools in a row I am shocked that somebody could be that cruel he saw me crossing my legs and jumping up and down trying not to urinate my pants so I looked up if what he did to me was legal and I got this.....

Came in when it was quiet. Cashier had one headphone in and was quite unpleasant. I ordered two mochas. She slowly made our drinks and then handed them to us. She made two matcha lattes. I had to repeatedly ask for her assistance as she’d left the counter. When I said this was the wrong drink she rolled her eyes and said “you ordered a matcha”. Having never ordered a matcha drink in my life, I’m certain I had not. She very begrudgingly remade our drinks only for them to be marginally warm.

I don’t think they have gotten an order right in the 5 years I have lived here. Coffee, food, whatever it is, is ALWAYS wrong/overcooked/not the right dairy/drink.. you name it. I’ll gladly drive to Beverly farms location which is WAY out of the way to avoid teenagers who can’t take their job seriously!
forgot abt my munchkin order for abt 10-15 mins until I went up- BUT gave me way more than I ordered!! Good service

usually super great!! lovely staff and great food. however today i did my usual mobile order and got a chai latte. i ended up getting a iced coffee but the sticker says chai and it was yucky. the bagel i got was yummy tho

Apparently, they don't know how to make coffee or eat carbs in Manchester by the Sea aka Stepford. Paper straws are disgusting. I'll make my own coffee. So bad.
