I don’t think they have gotten an order right in the 5 years I have lived here. Coffee, food, whatever it is, is ALWAYS wrong/overcooked/not the right dairy/drink.. you name it. I’ll gladly drive to Beverly farms location which is WAY out of the way to avoid teenagers who can’t take their job seriously!

The counter service was HORRIBLE! The manager should explain to her/his employees there's no goofing around at a Dunkin'. Keep the coffee flowing, wait on customers when they come in, and get the customers out. The employees were talking so much, no one kept up with making any coffee. No coffee ready at a Dunkin? I will never go to this Dunk again. Awful.
