Honestly, not sure if their corporate duties include cooking and dishwashing, but at least at the Mansfield, MA location, bartenders are gone from behind entirely for stretches of 15-25 minutes at a time (literally timed) regularly.I'm not being critical of any one bartender in particular because it's every daytime bartender.That's why I wonder where they are and what the scope of their job duties are.....just went to look at other's reviews after posting above review and noticed the single boiler-plate auto corporate response...speaks volumes.NOBODY IS LISTENING OR ADDRESSING THE MULTIPLE SERVICE ISSUES

Norton has a winner as far as BWW goes... Excellent service food and atmosphere... Highly recommend!
Very bad service, I had to wait 15 minutes for a table, 15 minutes for my drink and 45 minutes for my food, my waiter was very slow even to pay, there were only about 5 tables occupied.

Came in mid Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was average busy at best. Stopped at sign to wait and be seated. Stood there 20 minutes and nobody came over to see me or acknowledge me. I finally left. Somebody entered just before me and did exactly same thing. If you are busy or short staffed, at least acknowledge presence of your customers otherwise you won’t have them as customers anymore.

The servers are nice BUTThis is the second time I go to this BWW. The first time, they made us wait more than an hour before serving our food.This time, to avoid the bad experience, we decided to order take out and again it was terrible. We waited more than 45 min and the food was very cold. The fries were cold and didn't taste fresh at all. They were inedible. We threw them away when we got home. On my wings order, they only served FLATS. Who wants to eat only flats? I will not go back to that location again.

Atmosphere great service awful,brang out meal never brang out app never returned to table except for bill just put on table and walked away.Have never ever had this happen before.Female manager walked by table 3 times and never spoke to us once.Sadly their was only 4 tables sat 1st and last time I'll will eat there.Also the one plus food was hot but severely over cooked and had 1 bites of it and almost broke a tooth better off going to McDonald's

Our hostess deserves 0 stars. She was rude, impatient, snapped at us, ignored us when we came in to be seated and seated several parties before us. When we informed her that we had been waiting to be seated she accused of telling her we were there for a takeout order (we were not) and was snippy with us throughout the interaction. Our server was great hence why I gave 4 stars for a service rating. P.S. we were not the only party who had issues with this hostess (Her name tag says holly), the manager came out to speak to other parties and us after witnessing the situation.
