Our hostess deserves 0 stars. She was rude, impatient, snapped at us, ignored us when we came in to be seated and seated several parties before us. When we informed her that we had been waiting to be seated she accused of telling her we were there for a takeout order (we were not) and was snippy with us throughout the interaction. Loud even when it's not busy, and extra loud when there are sporting events they are featuring with game audio for the 100s of TV's. Wings are pretty good though. EDIT: 7 years later - Food got worse, and WAY more expensive. Service is RUDE RUDE RUDE. still loud. We enjoy every time we come here to eat the restaurants always fresh clean. The people are friendly. They've been an older server who works at the bar as well. She's very good. She will explain anything doesn't forget your sauces. Make sure everything is complete just like you would like to hope every waitress could be, but a lot of people are young and they're still learning every time you go to a restaurant, but we enjoy the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mansfield is often as we can....read full review
