Curb appeal reaction was this place can’t be this big, it was. Very expansive. Check in was acceptable and professional. Grab the bags and enter and into massive room where it was unclear on where to proceed and dimly lit.100 yard walk to a staircase to second floor where it turns from weird to surreal. Absolutely disgusting. We checked into our room around midnight after a concert at Gillette- the rooms were so musty smelling. There was a post-wedding celebration in the lobby that was super loud at 12am and could hear in the room. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor when we got in the room. I usually take others review with a grain of salt. We are very laid back travelers…however.. from when I originally booked this hotel almost one year ago, I was disappointed to see what we walked in to. There seems to be a small area of the hotel that houses section 8. The folks who greeted us upon arrival outside (not staff) were super sketchy. The elevator sounds like it’s in need of service.
