Blue Canoe is a great spot to check out, I would highly recommend it to anyone. I've gone here a number of times and it's always a great experience. They make great coffee and always have homemade pastries and other breakfast food.
Cute little cafe, nice atmosphere. Got a blueberry muffin, which was very good, and a large, extremely hot Earl grey tea. Sat for a couple hours with a friend and chatted and didn't feel rushed out at all.
My two favorite foods sound boring to some, but I can't help it -- I'm a savory food kind of person. I love nachos and I love BLTs, and it's amazing how many places have managed to not do these two things well. I have never been able to find a place that can make a good BLT, until now!I needed a quick lunch today and went here on a whim because it was close by.
