Ordered 2 large pizzas. One grilled buffalo chicken, the other sausage and onion. Both were extremely dry and tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. Very disappointing for the price.

I love their food but was very disappointed about the service today. I called in asking to warm up few slices of pizza for me so it's ready when I get there because mine lunch break is very short. When I went to pick up the food I was told that they cannot do it for me anymore because I'm not getting a whole pizza. It is very sad since it's just warming up the existing slices and it has not been a problem before

Today I ordered a pizza for delivery and was quoted a delivery time frame of 45 minutes. After about an hour and 15 minutes I called the store and I asked the status. I was told it would be easier for them if I picked up the pizza. I then walked to the store from my home and when I arrived I was told that I ordered at the wrong location. When I checked my phone I confirmed I ordered the right location. The owner then found my pizza and dropped it on the counter. I took the pizza home and it was cold as a rock. I've been a customer for over 3 years and order about three times a week but I will never order from Vesuvius again.

Read raving reviews about this place and My kid ordered pizza , fries and eggplant ? sub.. the pizza dough was undercooked and doughy. Eggplant sub.. (pictured) ya can tell its not homemade all it basically is breadcrumbs ?took 1 bite and threw it away.. so idk where these rave reviews came from. But won't be eating there

This place is awesome and I get it 5 stars all around. The staff and the food are awesome. They are very fairly priced and have a great variety of delicious toppings. They have awesome cheese pepperoni or even ravioli pizza if you're up for it it is heavenly!! I have never had a bad piece of pizza here and I am delighted to write a good review that is the least I can do. Staff is so accommodating and polite very helpful and fast service and for diamond also if needed.I work locally doing HVAC and we come in here a lot and we recommend it to anybody who wants a great slice of pizza. This is one of the best Italian style pizzeria places in the area I highly recommend it to anybody.5 STAR EXPERIENCE, thank you Vesuvius you rock!!!!

Been in Marblehead 35 years. Vesuvius was, and I mean WAS a great addition to the pizza scene. Ramanos won us over for years but is unfortunately no longer. Been trying to like Vesuvius ever since but it keeps going down hill. The big boys tending the ovens are gone, rude person answering the phone still exists and the pizzas are drab. Minimal ingredients, bland sauce, bland cheese, dough has become too doughy. Guess we’re done!

Some of my favorite pizza on the north shore. Underrated. The regular cheese pizza would hold up in NY, even better than most. Sandwiches are great too. Can’t go wrong.
