Love, love, love Elia Taverna, the service, the food, and the proprietors. But the noise level the night we went was horrendous. When the restaurant is crowded (and bravo for that!! It should be), it is virtually impossible to hear the person sitting across from you! Other than that, choose a weeknight (ours was a Friday night) and you'll totally enjoy this place!
We ordered some trays of keftedes(meatballs) and chicken Santorini for a holiday party. Everyone raved about the meatballs. One guest who is from Greece remarked that they were better than her own homemade meatballs. Both items were delicious. Highly recommend!
We reserved Elia Taverna for a surprise party for my mom’s 75th birthday in November and were so pleased with every step of the event! The owner Angelo was very helpful picking menu items and allowed us to bring decorations which complimented the beautiful restaurant. He was very attentive and seemed to be able to effortlessly pivot with any changes. Our guests are still remarking on how beautiful the dining room was, how helpful and friendly the staff was, and how delicious...
