I came because the reviews were good. The staff is unfriendly, we came asked for recommendations and they have no help. The sandwich was cold and appeared raw. Fries and onion rings, disgusting. I walked out and left with half of my sandwich uneated

I should have stuck with a roast beef sandwich. Because the other items I have tried here are not very good. The service was slow without a smile. I said if you're going here, get the roast beef and only the roast beef sandwich

Minos is awesome! We had googled the reviews and when we went, we were definitely not disappointed. My son and daughter tried their first “3 Way” and they couldn’t believe how delicious they were. Their portions are huge!!! (The large fry that we got for three people could easily feed five). I would recommend coming here to anyone who wants an excellent Roast Beef Sandwich (or anything on their menu) when they are in or around Marblehead.

The girl who took my order seemed very impatient and did not help me with suggestions. Just told me “we have everything” and proceeded to tell me we don’t have certain items when I asked for them.
This is clearly a business that doesn’t care.

Like an upscale pizza/sub shop, but with reasonable prices. I had an excellent burger with fries, onion rings and salad for the price of a burger alone in many places.

The food is good not the best just regular good food . Presentation is not the greatest but the quality is good . Unfortunately this is the second time I experienced a very very rude person on the phone when placing my order . Not everyone orders the same I do apologize if my ordering is annoying . But there was no need for such unpleasant and unnecessary comments and rudeness and vulgarity especially in a city like Marblehead . You would expect more kindness and patience from the people taking orders . Again the foods great ! But the way you treat people Over the phone is bizarre to me . I’m already having a bad day enough at work and to go on my break to place my order and be made fun of my way of “ordering” is very mean rude and not customer service friendly whatsoever . I apologize if I can’t order fast or as quick as others but I’m just a human . Anyways don’t know if I will be ordering again but please be more kind there’s no need to be unnecessarily rude to people on the way they order thanks . Only thing you’ll recieve is losing out on business .

First time here, and I want to send the fear of the delicious taste filled your juicy roast beef three ways welcome. You're definitely not the line and you give my favorite place to run for its money your second runner up to that location. And I'm in Avid fan of these types of sandwiches and the creation of it. I'm going to have to definitely try the pastrami next. That's my favorite but I had to do the roast beef because of the fact of it being plastered on the inside of your wall on there and being part of your motto for the name of your restaurant. By the way, thank very much for singing happy birthday to aj. Greatly appreciate it and I know he did too even though he was put on the spot! Had a delicious roast beef sandwich last weekend at Mino’s. Went with the recommendation of sauce, mayo, and cheese, and I do not regret that choice. It was delicious. The roast beef was perfect and thin and melt in your mouth. Everything I saw going out around me was plentiful and looked yummy as well. The staff was great, and the place is no pretenses, come as you are. Will definitely be back.
