The food is good not the best just regular good food . Presentation is not the greatest but the quality is good . Unfortunately this is the second time I experienced a very very rude person on the phone when placing my order . Not everyone orders the same I do apologize if my ordering is annoying . But there was no need for such unpleasant and unnecessary comments and rudeness and vulgarity especially in a city like Marblehead . You would expect more kindness and patience from the people taking orders . Again the foods great ! But the way you treat people Over the phone is bizarre to me . I’m already having a bad day enough at work and to go on my break to place my order and be made fun of my way of “ordering” is very mean rude and not customer service friendly whatsoever . I apologize if I can’t order fast or as quick as others but I’m just a human . Anyways don’t know if I will be ordering again but please be more kind there’s no need to be unnecessarily rude to people on the way they order thanks . Only thing you’ll recieve is losing out on business .

You're definitely not the line and you give my favorite place to run for its money your second runner up to that location. And I'm in Avid fan of these types of sandwiches and the creation of it. I'm going to have to definitely try the pastrami next. That's my favorite but I had to do the roast beef because of the fact of it being plastered on the inside of your wall on there and being part of your motto for the name of your restaurant. By the way, thank very much for singing happy birthday to aj. Greatly appreciate it and I know he did too even though he was put on the spot! Had a delicious roast beef sandwich last weekend at Mino’s. Went with the recommendation of sauce, mayo, and cheese, and I do not regret that choice. It was delicious. The roast beef was perfect and thin and melt in your mouth. Everything I saw going out around me was plentiful and looked yummy as well. The staff was great, and the place is no pretenses, come as you are. Will definitely be back.

Seriously, if you are up for some delicious food, there is no better place that Mino’s in Marblehead. It exceeded my expectations by far. I’ve been in other restaurants but they fade in comparison. Locals were praising them and they did not let us down. Their wraps were out of this world. Give them a try and enjoy their delicious food.

Mino's is one of those great standbys for when you don't know what to make for lunch/dinner. The food is always fast & fresh. I'm a big fan of their Greek salad with grilled chicken and my other family members like their pizza and Philly cheesesteaks. A great local restaurant when you just need a fast and easy meal.Edit: I go to Mino's about once a month for years and have never been ill from the food, never questioned the food safety or cleanliness, and never had a sour experience with the staff. I wouldn't let one bad review sully their reputation. This place is always busy at the usual lunch and dinner times. Mino's has regulars for a reason.
