We had an excellent experience. The person helping us was friendly and funny and went above and beyond to accommodate my husband's peanut allergy. Highly recommend!
What the hell was THAT?! My husband took me to Scoop. We ordered a shake and a LG sundae. Girl comes back with a SMALL size cup you would get at McDonald's for his shake and a cup with ONE scoop of ice cream for my LG Sundae. NO cherry because they were sold out and too lazy to walk 3 ft nxt door to the grocery store to buy a jar. AND they do not offer soft serve. You are an ice cream shop but no soft serve. Okaaay
....with a smile. That will be $15 bucks please đ for WHAT?!! A small shake and ONE scoop of ice cream?!! Never again.
Went to SCOOP last week, and I had a mixed experience. There was only one person working that night with a pretty decent line. She was going as fast as she could, but it took a while. I definitely think they should staff two people minimum. There were tons of options, and I was really excited to try them. I was disappointed, however, when I found out their ice creams were not their own but, rather, a popular brand from Maine. Iâd personally rather see fewer flavors and have the ice cream be homemade in a local scoop shop. I ordered a sundae, and it was well made but drowning in hot fudge to the point I barely tasted the ice cream flavor. For the price, Iâd love to see homemade ice cream, and a well-staffed operation.
Staff were kind, ice cream is great! Give it a try!
Two words and a hyphen come to mind: rip-off. My hand-packed âpintâ might as well have been a medium. Next time, Iâll save $5 and go downstairs to Crosbyâs. Itâs great ice cream, donât get me wrong, but I wonât be back anytime soon :)

I had the most amazing key lime ice cream sandwich there. It was a packaged product, but amazing.

The baby/kiddie scoop was literally too small for my toddler, who is not a big eater.
I havenât been out for ice cream in a few years but the prices seem a little high. A kiddie scoop plus a pup cup cost $6.75 before tip.
Great tasting ice cream and friendly service, just be sure to order 1-2 sizes larger than you think you need.

For place called Scoop, they donât scoop much. Disappointing size for the cost.
The workers were not very friendly to my grandmother which is really sad to see in a town that is always so kind to their community members! This has happened twice and they meant no harm but itâs good to know for the future!:) side note- ice cream was wonderful!

Delicious ice creams! We wanted to try everything. The Sundae was incredible, and our favorite ice cream flavors were sea salt caramel and chocolate mint. What a great day!
