Went to SCOOP last week, and I had a mixed experience. There was only one person working that night with a pretty decent line. She was going as fast as she could, but it took a while. I definitely think they should staff two people minimum. There were tons of options, and I was really excited to try them. The baby/kiddie scoop was literally too small for my toddler, who is not a big eater.
I haven’t been out for ice cream in a few years but the prices seem a little high. A kiddie scoop plus a pup cup cost $6.75 before tip.
Great tasting ice cream and friendly service, just be sure to order 1-2 sizes larger than you think you need.
