Very disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. The service was slow and disorganized, even though there weren’t many customers in line. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed it out, the barista seemed annoyed rather than helpful.
The store was also not as clean as I’d expect—tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. For the prices they charge, I expect a much higher standard of service and cleanliness.
I’ve been a regular customer for years, but after this visit, I’m seriously reconsidering whether it’s worth coming back. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that seem to care more about quality and customer service.

Great coffee got even better as they now individually brew each cup of drip coffee. Starbucks food has never been it's strong suit and I frequently get an everything bagel although I wish they would improve it,but the staff and ambiance are always good. Thank you to the team there.

I have always loved this Starbucks but it has been inconsistent for the last 6 mos or so (possibly longer). Most days I will head to Canal St or Vinnin Square now. It seems like they’re trying to stretch a dollar or something… Weak coffee and the cold foam doesn’t even make it home before turning in to watery suds. I wonder if anyone else has noticed? Hopefully they get it together.

This place is trash. Racist people inside working and when you order something without ice it is only filled half way. And when I went in to tell them about my half full cup they all gave me attitude and mocked me and gave me dirty looks and never remade my order. Just added water and handed it back to me. Then my wife’s coffee had some foreign object in the bottom of it. It was completely unacceptable and I’ll never be back to this location.

The employees here are great but this place is always packed with unaccompanied kids. A Starbucks where you can’t get a thing done isn’t ideal but other than that can’t complain.
I go here literally everyday and I love it. The staff are very friendly and it’s very clean.
Parking: Since it’s in a place with multiple stores and restaurants, it can be a little tricky to find available spots, but usually you can. It depends on the time of day too, usually around 3-4 is when it’s most difficult.
Kid-friendliness: After school, it’s filled with kids from the schools nearby, most of which are 8-15, so kids are very welcome.
Wheelchair accessibility: The inside of the Starbucks is very flat, the register is just low enough to see the cashier if in a wheelchair.

By far my favorite Starbucks location. Every morning the staff is working diligently to organize and prepare for the day. They are all the sweetest giving service with a smile and good vibes to start the day. My order is always correct and quick- whether it’s mobile or in store ordering. Love it!
