Wife and I visited Marblehead for 2 days. Got lunch here and enjoyed the sandwiches! She is gluten free intolerant and she enjoyed the pesto chicken sandwich. One of the best gf bread shes had. I had a cuban and enjoyed how it tasted. The chowder soup was average as well as the apple cider donut. Great place to walk to and enjoy a quick lunch. Would like for the muffins or some desert to be gluten free for my wife, but she was satisfied with the options of the sandwiches

I ordered the Cuban sandwich and they made it with Bologna. Not to be dramatic, but it was top 5 most disgusting things I've been served. And also a bit insulting to be served a $15 boloney sandwich as a 'cuban'.
This happened over a month ago and I still think about how gross it was.
The coffee and all the other stuff seemed nice. Just don't order the the Boloney Cuban.

We got the lobster roll, a s’mores cookie and smoothies. The smoothies were terrible; watered down and chalky. The cookie was dry but we liked the marshmallow and chocolate they used. The lobster roll was okay for the price. All in all, would not go back.

It wasn't frilly or fancy but they had the best burger I've eaten in 20 years. Combined with the lovely homey decor and the friendly staff and this is a top notch spot.
A local bakery / Restaurant. Redonkulous sized portions. Come early to make sure you get the muffins before they're gone for the day.

Stopped into The Muffin Shop for an iced coffee and a sweet treat last weekend. The shop has a plethora of options, so take a good look at the cases and the boards. The iced coffee was serviceable, and I got a s’mores cookie, which was good but slightly stale. I know I went late in the day, so I would go back earlier next time for freshest treats. Lovely staff, and easy in and out.
